Therapy

Therapy can be used for various parts of our healing journey in regards to internal and external stress factors; ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Ketamine therapy, Herbal therapy, Hypnotherapy, allopathic medicine, etc. In a society where personalized treatments are limited, there will be trials of various therapies so please have patience with yourself as you work on finding the best direction of your healing path. We cannot forget that systemic oppression is absolutely tied into our well being and our health; education on these systems is how we rise above!

Food

Finding the right diet can be strenuous and daunting. Having the right resources to understand not only the quality and source of the food, but also your genetic make up can influence your diet! Whether its menopause, work environments, menstrual cycles, or transitioning; food can aid your journey!

Exercise

As someone who has had trouble finding the motivation and the will to exercise, finding community (IRL or Online) has helped hold me accountable for my physical health. Free workouts on youtube or for people in recovery (Pheonix application) can help so many to find the workout classes, yoga, or meditation that many seek!

Some of my favorites:

Tai Chi, body weight workouts, meditations, breathing exercises, yoga classes, and dance classes!

Alternative Healing

In physical health, its not just about the way you move or what you eat; but the energy that you cultivate. Including reiki (Japanese energy healing) acupuncture, Tai Chi, breath work, and Qi Gong to name a few; are some energy conscious modalities that have been practiced for thousands of years. Breaking free from the westernized and colonized mindset will evolve your healing journey in the most incredible way!

Feel free to ask more about reiki or book a reiki session with me via email!
